Hi, I’m Colleen Nelson, a trauma therapist, EMDR practitioner, and somatic-based coach with over a decade of experience helping individuals heal from trauma and build emotional resilience. Through my Somatic Emotional Resilience (SER) Workshops, I bring my expertise in trauma-informed care to the workplace, where I help teams overcome the challenges of chronic stress, secondary trauma, and emotional burnout.
My passion lies in empowering individuals to listen to their bodies, process stress before it overwhelms them, and develop the tools they need for long-term well-being.
